I've done a lot of EVP and Employer Branding projects (I reckon over 100 now from big global ones to small niche ones), diversity & inclusion projects, internal comms projects, engagement projects, specific recruitment attraction campaigns, purpose projects, values projects - but essentially if you're trying to communicate with or understand the people who work for you, or those you'd like to work for you, I can probably help.

I've worked on big clients (internationally) in banking, finance, law, IT, telecomms, retail, fashion, engineering, medical/pharmaceuticals, governmental, non-profit, and a whole bunch of other sectors. Often I've worked on the strategy that others will be delivering, but I'm also a hands-on practitioner who can get stuck in on the delivery end when that would be helpful.
